A1- Firstly, this oil is extracted from sustainably grown black mustard seeds only. Secondly, regular mustard oils are extracted using the 'solvent extraction method' in which petroleum distillates are used to extract the oils from seeds. This process extracts 97-99% of the oils from seeds making them cheap. ASAVI's black mustard oil is extracted using the traditional 'kohlu/cold pressed/wood pressed' method in which only 50-60% of the oil is extracted. Residue is used as animal feed at our farms. It is single filtered only retaining most of the nutrition in it.    Q2- Why have you used plastic bottles instead of glass bottles? A2- To avoid spillage/loss at this early stage of the business.
