Our project - Single-Family As-Built, Menlo Park We undertook a comprehensive project to document the existing conditions of a single-family home, providing a suite of advanced services designed to streamline future renovations. Our responsibilities included deploying state-of-the-art scanning technology to collect precise data on every aspect of the property. This meticulous approach ensured that the current state of the home, including its structural features, layout, and systems, was captured with unmatched accuracy. To enhance the planning process, we developed a virtual 360° walkthrough tour, also known as a digital twin. This immersive tool allowed the homeowner and project stakeholders to explore the property in a realistic, interactive environment from anywhere. The digital twin not only provided a clear and detailed visualization of the space but also served as a valuable resource for identifying renovation opportunities and fostering collaboration among designers, contractors, and other team members. Building on the data collected, we created a detailed 3D Revit model that offered a dynamic and comprehensive representation of the home's architecture and systems. This model became a foundational tool for renovation planning, enabling precise measurements, accurate designs, and efficient coordination between all parties involved.
