Hi everyone,
I’m currently working on a project that involves detecting autoantibodies related to various autoimmune disorders, including lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. We’ve been trying to source ELISA kits that are reliable, specific, and well-documented in terms of sensitivity and validation data. The focus is on human samples, but we may need options for mouse models as well later down the line.
Most of the kits we found are either too general or lack proper validation for autoimmune targets. Does anyone here have experience finding ELISA kits specifically tailored for autoimmune research? I’m looking for something that can support biomarker detection with high reproducibility and ideally with flexible protocols. Any recommendations on where to look or what to consider during selection?
