Who is James E. Bell? Greetings, I am James E. Bell, President and Workforce Specialist Consultant of Winning Edge 360.  I provide solutions for high demand industries with talent to fulfill their workforce needs. 

My approach is to use universal principles by developing talent with youth and young adults by cultivating individuals with knowledge, skill and experience to provide the needed expertise for our global marketplace.

I have achieved successful careers in the non-profit, corporate and community leadership areas for more than twenty-five years with results of high performing and solid community-based groups with optimum returns.  I am proud of that fact that I can reflect on mentoring professionals and entrepreneurs from five continents to become executives, business owners and more importantly positively impact human beings.  

I have been asked on many occasions ‘’James what is your secret to mentoring individuals from all walks of life to become ‘high performing professionals?” or ‘How do you take people that are low performers and assist them on improving to excel to higher levels of achievement in their respective fields.  This led me into an interesting conversation with a university leader asking me if I had considered writing a book on ‘coaching and mentoring’. I didn’t entertain the thought since I have read and listened to so many gifted and experienced authors.  I really didn’t feel that I would be an effective author not having a flair or talent of writing in that genre of instruction and direction.

I will say this, I have experienced some phenomenal results by being a great student focusing on reading, listening and applying principles that work for anyone that believes and applies those truths.  I have also journaled my experiences both positive and negative as a learning resource for myself and others on ‘how-to’ and ‘how-not-to’ as a ‘best practice’ guiding and preparing people to pursue their passion(s) and purpose in life.
